It has passed rigorous tests for seismic resistance, load-bearing capacity, and durability conducted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, and has been certified by the Minister of Construction. Manufactured at a certified factory of the Japan National Land and Housing Technology Association, it is of high quality. If within the certification conditions, design and calculations are not required, and since it does not need to be cast on-site, construction can be completed in a short period.
